We always strive to ensure that each transaction at our website is hassle free and take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. All our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our store/ warehouse.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products as per the order placed.

However, if it is discovered that a wrong product has been delivered to you or the product has a genuine manufacturing defect then we are open to resolve your problem and re-fulfill your order.

You can report your problem, complaint or query related to the ordered product by contacting at our store within 48 hours of delivery between 12 pm to 6.00 pm IST : email us on nupur.n4@gmail.com in with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the product. However, when a product is dispatched from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check, still if there is any issue with the product we would resolve it for you. Please make sure you have a video of opening the parcel, it is mandatory, failure to which we will not be able to proceed with the exchange

Our team will investigate the issue and revert within 48 working hours. Please ensure that the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition until the problem is resolved. We reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any such problem/ complaint as we deem fit.

Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store.

Products once bought from the store will not be exchanged or returned any time later

Once an order has been placed by the user, our systems will be unable to cancel the order and process a refund to the client if the payment has been processed.

If there is an error in the size / colour or quantity placed, please email us and we will do our best to amend your order if it has not been processed yet. Product amendments maybe of the same value or higher.

Exchange is only facilitated once Shipping cost to be borne by client.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product should be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packing.

It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your exchange product, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your exchange item, we will inspect and process your exchange as soon as

possible. In order to keep you updated, we will send you an email confirming the status of your exchange.

Please note that items on clearance or final sale are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
